Welcome to a Black Tie Gala Event with the Paper Craft Crew Challenge #224.  This should be a fun challenge.  Use Black and White then throw in a pop of color!  Create ANY type of project from a card, scrapbook page, or 3D project that you feel represents a Black Tie Gala.
