Welcome to Challenge #199 with the Paper Craft Crew.  We look forward to seeing your creations this week.  Over the next few weeks, we will be introducing some changes.  With Challenge #200, the biggest change will be when the challenge ends and when the Design Team Top Picks are announced.  Top Picks will no longer be posted 1 week after the challenge has ended but instead will be posted by 9 pm EST on Wednesday the day after the challenge ends.  The challenges will also end earlier on Tuesday so you want to make certain to upload your projects to InLinkz by 10 AM EST every TUESDAY.   

This week,we officially introduce you to Rich Adkins and Andrea Tracy-Tucker as our newest Design Team Members.  We are excited to add them to the team and feel they really add to our overall dynamics.  Please take the time to welcome them to the team by leaving a comment on their blog.

You may have also noticed that next week is our 200th challenge!  I'm so excited and want to give you a heads up to check back next week so you are prepared to play along.  We WILL be offering Blog Candy here and most of our Design Team is also offering Blog Candy.
